Five-Star Kempinski Hotel Set to Open June 20th

19 May

The five-star Kempinski Hotel group will be debut it’s Nile Hotel in Cairo on June 20th. Designed by world-renowned architect Pierre Yves Rochon, the Egyptian and European styled hotel is built directly on The Nile River.

Pierre Yves Rochon impeccably designed the contemporary hotel to capture the elegance of Europe while celebrating the surrounding exotic Egyptian culture. The Egyptian inspired hieroglyphic décor blends into the European columns and marble flooring. Located in the Garden City district of Cairo, Kempinski’s newest hotel will feature private balconies for all guests overlooking the Nile River.

The hotel’s Blue Restaurant will not offer a set menu, rather the cuisine depends on the fresh produce of that day, insuring guests the finest local cuisine. Guests are shown a list of the day’s produce and are able to collaborate their ideas with the chef, custom-designing their perfect meal. The hotel also offers two other Restaurants: Osmanly, which features traditional Ottoman cuisine, and Floor Ten, which provides guests with an innovative French cuisine.

Although little information has been released – to build suspense for its June opening – the Imperial Suite is the finest facility, which will include a private butler.
